focused finish that displays noticeable warmth and a touch of sweetness

the 2015 hits all the right notes

Franck Balthazar, Cornas Chaillot other_regions_italy classic and freshTasted from demi muid, the 2018 Cornas Chaillot looks as if will rival the 2017. It features delicate tendrils of herbal and tea like complexity entwined with dark, cassis and blackberry fruit. Full bodied and rich, it seems velvety at first, then turns dusty and chewy on the lengthy finish. One for the cellar.
