Anne-Sophie Dubois VdF Sans Detour 2023 052626OFFER while the palate coasts withAnne Sophie Dubois, who honed her craft in Volnay and Champagne, blends primarily Gamaret (a Swiss cross of Gamay and Reichensteiner) with Gamay to create something delicate and aromatic. Red plum, crushed berries, and flowers float over bright acidity, organically farmed and fermented with indigenous yeast. Natural winemaking with restraint and eleganceno detours, just the direct path to pleasure.
