(from Peux Bois and Folatières proper)

Louis Jadot, Gevrey Chambertin Vintage:2021 or upper slope Montrachet)A cool, airy and appealingly layered nose features notes of forest floor, earth and wild red currant scents. Once again there medium weight and vibrant flavors possess an attractive texture thanks to the rich and caressing but punchy mouthfeel that carries over the dusty and moderately austere finale. This is a very good Gevrey villages that is worth considering.
