A bit mossy and sullen
Unusual spicy nose
This too displays a background trace of wood that highlights the very Vosne-style nose of spicy blue and black fruit aromas that dissolve into rich
lemongrass and a hint of spice
Piero Busso, Barbaresco Albesani Borgese other_regions_italy A bit mossy and sullenThe 2020 Barbaresco Albesani Vigna Borgese is a potent, structured wine. Given its imposing tannins, I would give it a few years to come together. Chalk, mint, dried flowers and sweet red cherries open gradually, and 2020 remains quite reticent.
