Cockerel Carousel Bauble Re-Used A superbly embroidered floral designThese wonderful handmade baubles have been adorned with fairground carousel figures designed by local Devon artist Fiona Balfour. The classic carousel fairground ride has been bringing joy since the 1800's. Fiona's original designs are a meeting of our love of vintage fairground memorabilia and her lifelong love of folklore artwork. These enchanting baubles are made from papier mache using recycled paper which is then hand painted by talented artisans
