Raul Perez, Sketch Vintage:2021 Hentley Farm is an 80

Hentley Farm is an 80 acre estate located on the banks of Greenock Creek at Seppeltsfield

This is also extremely pretty with an emphasis on red pinot fruit and a hint of forest floor on the nose that leads to rich

but nicely focused and still vibrant after 20 years

Medium-bodied

Raul Perez, Sketch Vintage:2021 Hentley Farm is an 80This Sketch shows jasmine, lemon zest and a touch of oyster shells. Something marine as well. The palate is medium to full bodied with a complex thread of salinity, mouthwatering acidity and subtle texture. This comes from a parcel planted 50 meters from the sea. Really great. Drink now or hold.
