Pierre Menard Anjou Cabernet Franc Orion Alpha 2023 October2023Reductions Lytton Springs is the bottlePierre Menard is one of Anjou's most thoughtful young naturalists, farming his small parcels of Cabernet Franc and Chenin with a light hand and bottling without compromise. Orion Alpha is one of his Cabernet Franc cuves gently extracted, low in sulfur, and built around lift rather than weight. A great example of how Anjou Cabernet Franc can be both serious and ridiculously easy to drink.
