Guy Amiot, Chassagne Montrachet Vergers Size:6x750ml which is still quite drying

which is still quite drying and granular

black and blue fruits plus a lovely hint of violets that sit atop dusty

there is even a route to admire these old works of art

There is excellent intensity to the delicious and nicely detailed flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the bone-dry finish that is also a bit attenuated

Guy Amiot, Chassagne Montrachet Vergers Size:6x750ml which is still quite drying(from 70+ year old vines on original chardonnay plant material Amiot calls this le vrai chardonnay or the true chardonnay). Discreet oak influence sets off a ripe and fresh nose of poached pear, spice and a whiff of grapefruit. Once again there is a caressing mouth feel to the delicious, forward and succulent medium bodied flavors that possess very good if not truly distinguished depth, persistence and refinement.
