Domaine Ponsot, Chambolle Musigny Cuvee des Cigales Brut Zero (55% fruit from Sanford &(a cigale is a cicada). Reduction flattens the nose but there is good freshness and vitality to the precise and mineral inflected middle weight flavors that possess both a lovely mouth feel and fine balance on the utterly delicious finish. This is a really lovely Chambolle villages and worth considering. (89 91) 2019+
