So Far Out Santa Barbara County Pet Nat Flood Light Snow 2024 CS20230718 owned by the Hamel familyFlood Light Snow is the pet nat in the So Far Out lineup, Andrew Jones's Santa Barbara natural project with Mike Testa and Jamil Williams. The 2024 is ancestral method bubbly: fermented in bottle, no disgorgement, a little hazy on purpose. Pale pink, snappy, and a bit wild around the edges, it's the kind of fizz that turns Tuesday into a small occasion. Pop it cold and don't overthink it.
