Domaine Ricard Touraine Blanc Le Petiot 2024 Consignment Hard to find and worthSancerre flavors at a fraction of the freight, just a little further down the Loire. Vincent Ricard farms old vine Sauvignon Blanc organically in Touraine, in the village of Thesee, and "Le Petiot" is his bright, everyday cuvee. Crisp, mineral and snappy, it punches well above its price and turns up on the lists of dozens of Michelin starred restaurants. Pour it cold and don't overthink it.
