Illahe Tempranillo Rose Pisco Clairette (~30%) Roussanne (~30%) MarsanneWith an early pick date and gentle, whole cluster pressing, we are able to get light color and vibrant aromatics. As it ages in neutral oak and acacia barrels, the mouthfeel softens while retaining acidity. Notes of strawberry, blood orange, guava, mango, and watermelon rind with crisp refreshing acidity, 25% neutral barrel, 75% stainless, directly pressed.
