indeed seamless and comes across as more compact yet also more powerful

Aged in one-third new barriques

This certainly doesn’t lack for character though there isn’t much elegance

the 2005 Pibran is once again a very successful wine

Morey Coffinet, Chassagne Montrachet Clos Saint Jean Rouge other_regions_australia indeed seamless and comes across(from vines planted in 1979). Much better than the Morgeot. Lots of cherry and pinot sap, good intensity, better structure plus a real sense of flavor precision and better detail on the finish. This too will drink well early and shows excellent finesse for Chassagne. Only a lack of density prevents this from scoring higher.
