Original French M-1822 Flintlock Pistol Converted to Percussion - Dated 1819 ERA The eagle is marked M1/72Original Item: Only One Available. This Pistol is somewhat unusual, we expect it to be the French Model of 1822 in Flintlock later converted to the percussion cap ignition system. The barrel however is stamped on the top with the date 1819 which might indicate it was from an even earlier French military pistol. The brass mounts still carry all the expected French Army inspection markings. The converted lock has been completely cleansed of any French
