This is a nice WW2 example of the classic M38 tanker helmet used by American tank crews in WWII. The helmet is marked as follows: RAWLINGS 6 76072 PATENT NO'S 130. 878 2. 282. 830 Overall condition of the helmet is very good, with the exterior and interior in great shape. The leather has minimal staining or discoloration, and the ear pieces are great. The left side spring for holding down the flaps is still present,
