It is comprised of a very good condition supple rubber Model 08 mask, MT 4 filter that is dated 1941 and again 1943 along with the canvas carry bag. The MOD 08 mask bears some resemblance to the GP 4. It is a beige brown color and has a 5 point head harness. The large canister filter is attached to the mask via a hose.
