Balvenie, 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky, Scotland, 750mL Aperitif / Aperitivo fresh squeezed key lime juiceBalvenie Double Wood gains its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood types. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt whiskey. The traditional oak casks soften and add subtle notes of vanilla and tannin, the sherry offers more depth and fullness of flavor and allows the whiskies to marry harmoniously in the final few months of aging.
