"Roll Up" Circus Carousel Wired Veil Hat Bridal headdress Hand painted and decorated withRed glitter and white "circus tent" inspired moulded hat base finished with gold hand moulded filigree, with a gold wire frame decorated with gold hand moulded carousel horses. The hat is lined with satin underneath and attaches with adjustable hat elastic and a comb. It's a quirky one of a kind hat that would be amazing for Ascot and also a very unusual veil that would work well for a masquerade ball if you preferred to not wear a mask on your face
