Ginger Pieces (Zingiber officinale) - Bulk liquorice extract Recipes that require fresh ginger’sGinger Pieces are dried pieces of ginger root (Zingiber officinale) with a warm, peppery flavour and a naturally pungent aroma. The cut pieces are easy to add to cooking, and they also steep well for spice forward infusions. Drying concentrates the flavour, so a small amount can go a long way in recipes. The pieces can be softened by soaking in hot water before chopping or blending into dishes. Key Properties Ingredients: 100% dried ginger root pieces
