A very nice example of a German WWI field telephone with its original black leather covered carrying case. The telephone has a large steel hanging loop at the top, with a fold down mouthpiece and a black painted canvas covering to the center grip. Original cord and black bakelite plugs intact (one plug is cracked). Black leather covered metal belt case, which is maker marked and dated 1916 and BERLIN on its reverse.
