Item will come with a 30 Day Warranty. Cosmetically in fair condition showing moderate to heavier scuffs scratches blemishes from previous use. There is a large dent on one of the eyepieces. Both eyepieces will not adjust closer or farther away from each other. The base is missing the center part of the stage and one of the clasps as well. Unit will have engraving on
